Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) recherche un Senior Product Owner capable de combiner ownership produit fort avec une collaboration efficace avec les équipes d’ingénierie. Vous définissez la vision produit, gérez le backlog et priorisez les exigences afin d’aligner les livrables sur les objectifs métier et la faisabilité technique.

Vous travaillerez avec des équipes C#/.NET et Rust, Scrum Masters, QA et architectes pour livrer des solutions conformes aux standards, dans un environnement régulé

Formación

• Diplôme en informatique, ingénierie ou discipline technique connexe.
• Expérience de Product Owner avec leadership d’équipe.
• Personnalité autonome et fortement collaborative.
• Excellentes compétences analytiques, résolution de problèmes et communication.
• Expérience en environnements régulés ou d’entreprise est un plus.
• À l’aise dans des équipes de développement Agile.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

Responsabilidades

• Posséder et prioriser le backlog produit et l’aligner sur la roadmap.
• Faire le lien entre les besoins métier et les user stories techniques.
• Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie lors de la planification, du raffinement et de la livraison.
• Définir les packages de travail, aider à l’estimation et au sequencing.
• Soutenir les livraisons sur les initiatives C#/.NET et Rust.
• Fournir des rapports d’avancement et gérer les dépendances externes.
• Évaluer la conception et les performances pour des améliorations continues.
• Gérer l’ambiguïté et maintenir l’élan de l’équipe avec des décisions prioritaires.
• Veiller au respect de l’architecture, des standards et de la documentation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner who combines strong product ownership with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. You will shape the product vision, own the backlog, and translate business needs into clear priorities and requirements that guide delivery. You will work closely with C#/.NET and Rust engineering teams, Scrum Masters, QA, architects, and stakeholders to ensure outcomes are aligned with business goals, technical feasibility, and delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring features align with business outcomes and the overall product roadmap.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, translating business needs into technical userl stories and actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout planning, refinement, design, and delivery to ensure requirements are understood and feasible.
• Define work packages, support estimation and sequencing, and help the team deliver stable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
• Support product delivery across C#/.NET and Rust-related initiatives by providing clarity, trade‑off decisions, and prioritization.
• Provide transparent work status and issue reporting within the development team and to project management.
• Review solution design, functionality, usability, and performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Work through ambiguity and keep the team moving forward with prioritized decisions.
• Ensure that implemented features follow the agreed architecture, quality standards, and documentation expectations.
• Proactively track, monitor, and mitigate project risks to ensure delivery stability.
• Manage and coordinate external dependencies to prevent roadblocks and ensure alignment across teams.

Who You Are

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Product Owner experience with proven team leadership.
• Self‑organized and highly collaborative personality.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and excellent communication.
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus.
• Comfortable working in agile development teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with development and collaboration tools, primarily GitHub. Experience with Visual Studio is beneficial for .NET‑related initiatives.
• Familiarity with Rust or with technology migration initiatives is beneficial.
• Sound knowledge of prototyping/mockup tools, such as Axure RP, for creating scope proposal mockups.
• Deep experience with object‑oriented software design and JSON/XML‑based configurations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and build/test environment definitions.
• Familiar with software best practices like SOLID, clean code principles, and architecture patterns/concepts.
• Experience using Agile tooling and AI‑assisted development tools is an advantage.
