WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We seek a Product Owner who can bridge the gap between product strategy, development, and operations.

You are passionate about delivering scalable, efficient, and high‑performing technical solutions and thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the WWW domain of the global Porsche website, enabling product teams to deliver applications quickly, securely, and autonomously.
• Drive the development and optimisation of delivery infrastructure for the Porsche.com website, ensuring durability, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams to automate processes, enhance system reliability, and support cloud architecture improvements.
• Champion agile principles, foster knowledge sharing, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Technical foundation: Basic knowledge of systems administration, cloud technologies, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile teams (SAFe experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing alternatives.
• Leadership grounded in empathy and clarity, with the ability to prioritise effectively and keep teams focused.
• Organisational awareness without micromanagement; adaptable and calm in a fast‑paced environments, able to manage shifting priorities with grace.
• Collaborative mindset: Encourage ideas, shared ownership, and team cohesion.
• Problem‑solving ability: Unblock issues, guide trade‑offs, and ensure timely access to stakeholders and data.
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
