Job summary

Loyal Guru is hiring a Technical Product Owner with an engineering background. You’ll start as PO for our Loyalty Engine, owning the backlog, writing user stories, and guiding delivery. In Phase 2 you’ll become PO for Analytics, define the roadmap, write SQL queries (BigQuery) and validate dashboards with clients.

You’ll stay hands-on and collaborate with customers and success teams. The role requires 3–5 years in similar roles, solid SQL skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or data analyst with engineering teams.
• Strong SQL ability to write joins, aggregations and window functions.
• Experience writing and validating dashboards and functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: own Loyalty Engine backlog, define priorities and run ceremonies.
• Phase 1: write user stories with acceptance criteria for engineers and QA.
• Phase 2: own Analytics roadmap, decide dashboards and data exports with clients.
• Phase 2: write SQL queries to answer questions and validate dashboards.
