Ideal candidates will have over 7 years in product management, a solid understanding of distributed systems, and excellent communication skills. An agile mindset and experience in sports betting or real-time trading are advantageous.

- 7+ years in technical product management or engineering leadership.
- 5+ years in technology-led end-to-end product delivery.
- Proven track record with complex dependencies and delivery coordination.
