Job summary

Managed.com is seeking a Consultant, Technical Product Management to own business cases, roadmaps, and delivery for platform integrations with technology vendors. You will prototype with APIs, AI-assisted workflows, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and support in a remote-first, global team.

You will define customer journeys, write requirements and user stories, and measure ROI post-launch to guide improvements. Strong English and API/industry experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in technical product management or related fields.
• Programming background with Python/Go/SQL for prototyping.
• Hands-on REST APIs experience with reading specs and prototyping.
• Experience creating product requirements and user journeys for engineers.
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Build the business case and ROI analysis for integrations.
• Own and maintain the integration roadmap with vendor API changes.
• Lead full lifecycle of integrations from prototyping to production.
• Define consistent customer journeys and integration standards.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prototype integrations using API docs, AI assistants, and tooling.
