Huxley is seeking a Technical PM SAP to lead governance and transformation efforts for SAP initiatives in an international environment. You will oversee governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to drive delivery and compliance across SAP landscapes.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP project leadership, deep knowledge of SAP processes, and strong communication in English. Remote working setup with long-term project engagement and a through-Huxley contract.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in project/program management or technical PM roles.
• Experience in large-scale SAP projects and full lifecycle implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a plus.
• Strong governance, risk management, and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance and compliance initiatives within SAP environments.

• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders across multiple business areas.
• Ensure compliance controls and required evidence are properly tracked and maintained.
• Prepare executive-level reports and monitor project progress.
• Support program planning, reporting, and overall governance activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in large-scale SAP projects and full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and related business processes.
• Experience with or exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
• Experience in risk management, planning, reporting, and project governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management.
• Knowledge of IAM, PAM, and SAP Security.
• Experience with audits, security controls, and frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIS2.
• Experience working in highly regulated or business‑critical environments.
