IT Assistant with Administrative Skills

Job Type

Full‑time

IT Support

IT maintenance for the office, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues and coordinating with external IT providers when needed.

Provide technical support during the setup and execution of exams.

Manage data and coordinate case material used in the exams

Document procedures and create project‑specific sites for standardised operations.

Technical degree or Vocational Training (Formación Profesional) in Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of two years of experience.

Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.

Good command of English.

Basic knowledge of programming and database management.

Availability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.

Contribute to meaningful projects that impact the medical sector.
