Job summary

Drees & Sommer SE invites a Technical Leader Network (m/f/d) to join the IT team in Málaga. You will provide technical leadership for our network environment, coordinate infrastructure projects, and help drive reliable, secure, and future-ready network operations across the organization.

You will collaborate with engineers and service providers in an international setting, applying Cisco technologies and strong project coordination while shaping the global network landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or project leadership.
• Experience in network engineering and operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong expertise in Cisco technologies (Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security).
• High level of English and German is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance for the network team.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate network infrastructure projects.
• Lead technical discussions, team calls, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
