Talan Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to help build an issuance monitoring and management platform and related services. The role emphasizes leveraging AI-native engineering practices across the Software Development Life Cycle and delivering scalable, secure enterprise applications.

You will work in a collaborative Agile environment with a focus on code quality, observability, and secure deployments, while adopting AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, backend-oriented preferred.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and define solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Design and develop new modules and microservices-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain backend and frontend components with modern frameworks.
• Create and execute test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes, deployments, and production support.
• Diagnose incidents and performance bottlenecks in production systems.
• Drive architectural discussions and technical decisions.
