Responsibilities

• Turn complexity into clarity - Develop, edit, and manage technical documents, from engineering manuals to regulatory reports
• Build a knowledge base - Create and maintain a structured repository of documentation for internal and external use
• Collaborate with the best - Work alongside aerospace engineers, flight test teams, and compliance specialists to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Refine and simplify - Translate technical jargon into user-friendly content while maintaining precision and compliance
• Standardize excellence - Implement documentation best practices, templates, and frameworks to streamline communication across teams

Qualifications

Must-Haves

• Experience in technical writing, preferably in aerospace, UAVs, or engineering
• Ability to grasp highly technical concepts and translate them into structured, easy-to-understand documentation
• Strong proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, LaTeX, DITA, or similar)
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents simultaneously
• Fluency in English

Nice-to-Have

• Background in engineering, aerospace, or physics
• Experience working with regulatory and compliance documentation (ITAR, EASA, SORA, etc.)
• Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, or XML for structured documentation
