Dedalus is seeking a Technical Delivery Support Engineer for its R&D Analytics Team in Malaga, Spain. You will support regional delivery teams through implementation, deployment, configuration and rollout of the T4C platform, acting as the main technical contact for deployment, infrastructure, networking and integration issues.

You will work with Kubernetes-based deployments, Linux systems and REST APIs, contributing to documentation, runbooks and knowledge transfer sessions, while collaborating

Formación

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, application delivery, systems integration, DevOps or software engineering roles.
  • Strong networking fundamentals including DNS, load balancing, certificates, firewalls and secure connectivity.
  • Experience with Linux-based systems and containerised deployments (Kubernetes).
  • Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist regional delivery teams during implementation, deployment, configuration and rollout of the T4C platform.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for troubleshooting deployment, infrastructure, networking and integration issues.
  • Analyse and resolve deployment, application, connectivity, API and data flow issues across customer environments.
  • Support Kubernetes-based deployments and manage containerised components.
  • Develop and maintain deployment guides, runbooks and troubleshooting procedures.

You’ll also work closely with regional teams to assist with integration of various regional products to T4C.Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.**You will:*** Support regional delivery teams during implementation, deployment, configuration, and rollout of the T4C platform.* Serve as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting deployment, infrastructure, networking and integration-related issues.* Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve deployment, application, connectivity, API and data flow issues across customer environments.* Support Kubernetes-based deployments and assist with management of application components running in containerised environments.* Assist in the configuration and maintenance of virtual machines, operating systems and infrastructure components required for T4C deployments.* Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, runbooks and troubleshooting procedures.* Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to regional delivery teams and implementation partners.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across deployment, support and integration processes.**Take the next step towards your dream career**At Dedalus Life flows through our software.
