Formación

• 1+ años de experiencia en IT con desarrollo práctico de ServiceNow para clientes globales.
• Preferentemente, certificado de Administrador de Sistema ServiceNow (CSA) y de Desarrollador de Aplicaciones.

Responsabilidades

• Construir y configurar aplicaciones ServiceNow e integraciones desde diseño hasta entrega.
• Colaborar con Consultores de Procesos Empresariales y Arquitectos para refinar historias de usuarios.
• Participar en sprints ágiles y asegurar la calidad del código en todas las entregas.
• Resolver problemas técnicos complejos.

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Consultant, you’ll be part of our ServiceNow delivery team, developing and implementing scalable, high‑quality solutions that drive business transformation.

Your responsibilities will include

• Building and configuring ServiceNow applications and integrations from design to delivery.
• Translating business requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions.
• Collaborating with Business Process Consultants and Architects to refine user stories and design efficient implementations.
• Participating in agile sprints and ensuring code quality across all deliverables.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Sharing knowledge and growing the CoreX technical community.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of IT experience, with hands‑on ServiceNow development for global clients.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and Web Services (REST / SOAP).
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer certifications preferred — or equivalent hands‑on experience with proven platform expertise.
• ITIL or Agile / Scrum certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
