Super is seeking a highly motivated Technical Compliance Analyst to ensure online gaming regulatory compliance. You will translate regulatory documentation into actionable compliance requirements and work closely with Business Analysts and development teams to implement compliant features.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in analyst roles, strong regulatory analysis skills, and excellent English communication.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Compliance Analyst. This role is ideally suited for Business Analysts with a strong focus on online gaming regulatory compliance.

You will be a critical link between regulatory requirements and technical execution, working to ensure all company operations adhere to industry standards and legal mandates. In this role, you’ll work closely with Business Analysts and development teams to translate complex regulatory documentation into actionable compliance requirements. You’ll manage stakeholder expectations across technical and non-technical teams whilst maintaining the highest standards of attention to detail.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years proven background in a business, technical, or compliance analyst function.
• Regulatory Analysis: Demonstrated ability to meticulously analyse regulatory documentation.
• Requirements Gathering: Ability to build clear and comprehensive compliance requirements, including prioritisation to enable development teams to build required functionalities.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability in managing scope and expectations across diverse stakeholders, including internal and external, technical and non-technical teams.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical acumen, meticulous attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Time Management: High level of organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and successfully oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Industry Knowledge: Functional knowledge of the online gaming sector (1 year+)
• Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Process Mapping: Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro).
• Workflow Tools: Familiarity with project and issue tracking software, specifically Jira and/or Notion.
• Additional Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish.
