Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking a hybrid profile; someone who combines technical depth with a strong commercial mindset.

An analytical thinker who enjoys both building energy models and engaging with clients, capable of identifying new business opportunities while providing top-tier technical advice.

This position will cover a 1-year leave replacement, with the possibility of a permanent position afterward.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, designing customized energy strategies to optimize costs and supply.
• Develop technical and economic models for energy plants and procurement, advising on the most profitable and efficient options based on market and regulatory conditions.
• Participate in M&A projects, contributing with technical–commercial analyses and due diligence processes.
• Continuously monitor market trends and regulatory developments, offering clients up-to-date strategic insights.
• Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with key clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, supporting HES’s commercial expansion.
• Represent the company with technical rigor, credibility, and strategic vision in high-level professional environments.
