International Halal Center Group seeks an auditor to conduct assessments of Halal-compliant manufacturing processes in Malaga. You will prepare audit plans and reports, review technical documentation, and support service development.

The role emphasizes rigorous QA, analytical thinking, and willingness to travel to client sites while collaborating with a skilled team in Spain.

Formación

• University degree in a food-related scientific field is required.
• Auditing training or QA experience advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong willingness to travel and a valid B driver's license.
• Proficient English; German and French are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and audits of product manufacturers and prepare audit plans and reports.
• Review manufacturing processes and product documentation against Halal guidelines and standards.
• Contribute to development of services and deepen cooperation with customers.
• Support the office team with administrative and technical tasks and handle inquiries.

Descripción del empleo

You will be in charge of conducting assessments and audits of product manufacturers, as well as preparation and follow-up of audits (preparing audit plans and audit reports).

Reviewing manufacturing processes, materials, product documentation (technical documentation) based on the relevant international Halal guidelines and standards.

Extending and deepening the cooperation with our customers is also a big aspect of your job. Based on your expertise, you will contribute to the development of our services.

Support the team in the office in your areas of responsibility and handle general administrative and technical matters (filing and document management) as well as independent processing of inquiries.

A university degree in the food-related scientific field (e.g. food technology, biotechnology, ecotrophology, food chemistry or chemistry) is required.

It is advantageous if you have successfully completed training as an auditor, or if you worked as a quality management representative and/or have relevant professional experience in quality management, but it is not mandatory.

Entrepreneurial thinking skills and an analytical, structured, self-reliant way of working and team spirit are present

Class B driver's license and a strong willingness to travel

Confident handling of remote ICT technologies (Skype, MS Teams, etc.)

Good computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Outlook, and particularly Excel)

Very good written and spoken German, French and English skills are advantageous
