Responsibilities include site supervision, contractor management, and serving as the technical point of contact for financing banks. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, a degree in architecture or engineering, and experience in residential development. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Company Description

The company operates under a project-based financial structure — each development is managed as an independent P&L with full budgetary and financial control.

Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Architect / Project Manager to lead the execution phase of our residential development projects. The role includes: supervising daily all the works in all of our sites, coordinating between the concept architects and the local execution team, managing contractors and consultants, overseeing permits, schedules, and budget control, and serving as the technical point of contact for the financing bank throughout construction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture / Technical Architecture / Engineering.
• Proven experience managing residential development projects in Spain.
• Familiarity with construction financing processes with banks — a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows (ArchiCAD / Revit).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
