247 Group seeks a Technical Architect to oversee feasibility, planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance across its real estate and fitness-related ventures in Marbella. The role requires coordinating landlords, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional efforts, ensure accurate construction drawings, and maintain rigorous site inspections, while communicating progress to management and owners.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or architecture.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and construction drawings.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Academic background in technical architecture or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without formal line authority.
• Understanding business models in chain or franchise operations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate project feasibility from business and regulatory perspectives.
• Develop business cases, project plans, and budgets for assignments.
• Ensure landlords and contractors implement drawings per regulations.
• Monitor construction against specs and perform site inspections.
• Source and onboard new contractors and suppliers as needed.
• Keep projects on schedule, flag risks early, and manage handovers.
