247 Group, con sede en Marbella, busca un Arquitecto Técnico para gestionar la viabilidad y ejecución de proyectos de expansión y construcción. Reportará al Head of Concept/Office Manager y deberá coordinar con contratistas y equipos internos para asegurar cumplimiento normativo y plazos.

El candidato ideal tiene al menos 3 años de experiencia, dominio de bienes raíces y planos de construcción, y capacidades de comunicación destacadas con stakeholders a todos los niveles.

Formación

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia relevante.
• Conocimiento sólido de bienes raíces y planos de construcción.
• Formación académica en arquitectura técnica o similar.
• Experiencia en comunicación con contratistas y constructores.
• Capacidad para planificar y liderar equipos transfuncionales sin autoridad directa.
• Conocimiento de modelos de negocio en operaciones en cadena o franquicia.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interlocución con stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluar la viabilidad del proyecto desde perspectiva empresarial y regulatoria/técnica.
• Desarrollar casos de negocio, planes de proyecto y presupuestos para cada asignación.
• Asegurar que contratistas e inmobiliarias apliquen planos de concepto cumpliendo normativa.
• Monitorear construcción y realizar inspecciones periódicas.
• Gestionar contratación de nuevos contratistas y proveedores cuando sea necesario.
• Mantener proyectos en plazo, señalar riesgos y gestionar la entrega a operaciones.
• Emitir actualizaciones regulares a la dirección sobre el estado del proyecto.
• Gestionar inversiones y presupuestos de los proyectos asignados.

Main purpose and responsibilities of job as Technical Architect:

• Evaluate project feasibility from both a business and regulatory/technical perspective.
• Develop business cases, project plans, and budgets for each assignment.
• Ensure landlords and contractors implement concept drawings correctly and in line with applicable regulations.
• Continuously monitor construction against specifications and carry out regular site inspections.
• Source and onboard new contractors and suppliers when needed.
• Keep projects on schedule, flag risks early, and manage handover to operations.

Administration and Follow-up:

• Provide regular updates to management on project status.
• Manage and follow up investment and project budgets across all assigned projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• We are looking for a structured, solution-oriented person with a strong commitment to delivering on time and to a high standard.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and construction-drawings.
• Academic background in technical architecture or a related field.
• Extensive experience communicating with contractors and builders.
• Able to plan and lead cross-functional teams without formal line authority.
• Understanding of business models within chain or franchise operations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills —clear, direct, and credible with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in written and spokenEnglish and Spanish.

Practicalities:

• The position is office based at the TENNS/247 Group HQ - Oasis Business Center, Golden Mile Marbella, where there are 8 - 10 colleagues working
• Traveling locally and internationally will be required
• A compensation package on market terms will be offered, including free membership at The IO and morning training during working hours on Thursdays

The position will report to the Head of Concept/Office Manager but also indirectly and frequently to the owner Mr Christian Ask.
