Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear technical communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona.

About the role
As a ROC Technical Lead, you support the safe and efficient operation of advanced offshore wind assets from a remote operations centre.

Control room or remote operations experience.
Offshore wind or commissioning experience.
Exposure to advanced turbine control systems (e.g., MarkVIe or similar).
Experience working in multicultural teams.
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).

Ways of working
Rotating weekday shift schedule (Monday to Friday) covering morning and afternoon shifts.
Occasional weekend and public holiday on‑call rotation.
