A leading technology company is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support enterprise customers in Spain. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting with deployments, and providing best practice guidance. Candidates should have extensive experience in customer success management and strong technical knowledge in networking, security protocols, and Linux. Proficiency in English and German is required for effective communication.

With our cutting-edge technology, we're changing the way organizations manage their cloud and Data Centers’ security. We're looking for a TAM to work with our strategic customers in EMEA. The TAM is an expert who is familiar with the customer’s Data Center and specific deployment. Hence can be instrumental in the value extraction from the platform.
The Customer Success team is responsible for understanding customer requirements, driving adoption, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. The team consists of motivated senior technical experts with a great social repertoire. This team leads large deployment processes, while communicating at different levels.
