MoonPay Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Partner to help build exceptional teams across Engineering, Data and Security. This hands-on role will own searches end-to-end, collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs, map the market and close top talent.

You’ll use AI to source, screen and report, and continuously refine hiring approaches with data-driven insights. The role offers flexible remote work options and opportunities to impact a fast-growing fintech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven track record recruiting technical talent in fast-moving tech orgs.
• Experience across Software Eng, Data, AI and/or Security.
• Data-driven, ownership mindset with AI in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Data and Security, from kickoff to offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategies.
• Find exceptional technical talent through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Bring data and market insight into hiring conversations and adjust when needed.
• Use AI across sourcing, screening, research, mapping and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements across recruiting tools and workflows.
