You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build lasting relationships, and shape a trusted network in Barcelona and the Spanish market.

You\'ll coach candidates, stay on top of tech trends, and thrive in a young, international team with flexible hours and hybrid work. Start as soon as possible.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially tech profiles.
• Approachable hands-on attitude and eagerness to grow in recruitment.
• Ability to build successful relationships at all levels with a personable touch.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in Babel Profiles' mission and innovative solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles from entry to senior-level tech roles, from sourcing to closing processes.
• Build and own relationships with clients, creating a network in Barcelona and the Spanish market.
• Attract and engage top tech talent based on client needs, focusing on quality over quantity.
• Coach candidates through the recruitment process and provide the best candidate experience.
• Stay informed on tech news and hiring trends to guide conversations and decisions.
