A leading tech company in Málaga is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to design and execute recruitment strategies for key IT roles. You will manage the entire recruitment cycle, collaborate with technical teams, and optimize ATS tools. The ideal candidate should have experience in tech recruitment and the ability to ensure a high-quality candidate experience. This role is vital for aligning talent acquisition with the company's growth objectives.

Formación

  • Experience in leading recruitment processes, preferably in tech.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles simultaneously.

Tupl is a tech company that develops market leading solutions that bring innovation to the backend system of cellular networks and many other verticals. We have a strong knowledge on Wireless communications and IT technologies, especially AI and Machine Learning.

As part of our team, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key technical roles at Tupl both for US and Spain, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and strategic alignment with the company’s growth objectives

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies for IT profiles (e.g., Data Engineers, AI Engineer, Backend / Frontend Developers, Project Managers, etc).
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle : job posting, sourcing, interviewing, coordination with hiring managers, and offer management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand role-specific requirements.
  • Design and maintain proactive talent pipelines for strategic tech roles, anticipating future hiring needs.
  • Optimize the use of ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Personio, etc)
  • Represent Tupl at tech job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and collective agreement standards.
  • Conduct benchmarking of roles, compensation, and recruitment practices to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
