Titan OS in Barcelona is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our legal team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment. You will work closely with our General Counsel and legal team across international business.

You will review and draft basic legal documents, conduct research on media, advertising, technology, and IP law, monitor regulatory developments, assist in contract management, support compliance and risk initiatives, coordinate with external counsel and

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (focus on commercial, media, or technology law).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in the tech, media, or entertainment industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in reviewing and drafting basic legal documents, including NDAs, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Support legal research on media, advertising, technology, and IP law across jurisdictions.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Titan OS operations.
• Participate in contract management processes (tracking, organizing, templates, signed agreements).
• Support compliance and risk management initiatives across the business.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare internal reports, presentations, and legal updates for cross-functional teams.
