BCG Platinion in Iberia is seeking a recruitment expert to lead end-to-end sourcing and hiring for tech consulting roles across ISA. You will partner with leadership, manage the ATS, and ensure a smooth, high‑quality candidate experience.

You will drive relationships with stakeholders, coordinate interviews, and help execute a scalable recruitment strategy across Spain, combining English and Spanish language capabilities with strong business acumen.

Formación

• 4+ years of structured candidate sourcing and recruiting experience.
• Experience working for/in professional services.
• Experience recruiting candidates with extensive digital/IT background.
• High fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across ISA, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage applicant tracking system, interview logistics, and candidate communications.
• Engage with key stakeholders and align hiring plans with business needs.
• Collaborate with EMESA Platinion and global recruiting teams to enhance strategy.
• Build relationships with partners, consultants, and HR teams.
• Support employer branding and recruitment events to attract top talent.
