Tamarind Intelligence in Barcelona is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to shape how we build and scale our product. You will work with a high-impact engineering team, combining coding with architectural decisions and mentoring.

In this role you will guide design reviews, own core platform components, and collaborate with Product and Design to turn requirements into robust solutions. You should have extensive production software experience and the ability to work autonomously in a startup/scale-up

Formación

Minimum 2 years experience acting as Tech Lead or Lead Engineer.
Strong track record building production software.
Solid experience with React, Node.js and Typescript.
Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
Experience working across the full product lifecycle.
Ability to work autonomously and make architectural decisions.

Responsabilidades

Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions.
Write high-quality, maintainable code across the stack with focus on system design and backend components.
Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into solutions.
Lead design and architectural decisions in collaboration with the team.
Take technical ownership of core parts of the platform.
