Vitrolife Group in Valencia is seeking a Tech Lead for Customer Success to guide the technical direction of the domain. You will shape architecture, drive delivery, and mentor engineers to build secure, scalable software for fertility-related workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product, security, and platform teams in an international setting, applying cloud-native practices, robust CI/CD, and strong engineering standards while operating in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• Strong background as a senior engineer, developer, or technical architect.
• Experience leading and coaching engineers in product-oriented teams.
• Proven ability to run effective delivery teams and establish healthy ways of working.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, integrations, and modern architectures; able to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve the technical architecture of the product
• Break down features into technical tasks and concrete implementation approaches
• Lead sprint planning and technical refinement
• Ensure ci/cd and operational practices are in place
• Collaborate with platform, security, and enterprise architecture teams
• Mentor developers and raise the technical bar across the team
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and debt
• Support incident resolution and root cause analysis
