Vitrolife Group in Valencia is seeking a Tech Lead for Customer Success to guide the technical direction of the domain. You will shape architecture, drive delivery, and mentor engineers to build secure, scalable software for fertility-related workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product, security, and platform teams in an international setting, applying cloud-native practices, robust CI/CD, and strong engineering standards while operating in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background as a senior engineer, developer, or technical architect.
• Experience leading and coaching engineers in product-oriented teams.
• Proven ability to run effective delivery teams and establish healthy ways of working.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, integrations, and modern architectures; able to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture.

Your Mission

Your mission is to lead the technical direction and architecture of the Customer Success domain, enabling the team to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions efficiently and sustainably. You will ensure that short-term product and delivery priorities are balanced with the long-term technical health, maintainability, and evolution of the products, while fostering strong engineering practices and effective collaboration across teams.

What You’ll Do

• Design and evolve the technical architecture of the product

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience as a senior engineer or technical lead
• Experience of acting as a technical lead in agile or product teams
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and integrations
• Ability to make clear technical decisions and explain trade-offs
• A pragmatic mindset: progress over perfection, but never reckless

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR)
• Regulatory/compliance domain experience (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GDPR)
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Apps)
• Advanced observability tools and APM solutions
• Spanish would be a plus

Background & Experience

• Strong background as a senior engineer, developer, or technical architect
• Experience leading and coaching engineers in product-oriented teams
• Proven ability to run effective delivery teams and establish healthy ways of working
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, integrations, and modern architecturesAbility to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on standards and constraints
• Experience working in enterprise-scale or regulated environments is a plus
