Amaris Consulting is hiring a Business Analyst in Madrid. You will bridge business needs and technology solutions, gathering and documenting requirements and translating them into clear functional specs.

The role works with stakeholders and agile teams to deliver digital solutions for international clients, with a hybrid working model in Madrid and a strong emphasis on analytics and communication.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

What We're Looking For
