Get Set UK is seeking a Team Leader for Connect to Work across Hertfordshire. You will supervise a small specialist Supported Employment team while remaining hands-on in participant support, guiding complex cases and ensuring IPS fidelity.

Travel across St Albans, Watford, Hatfield, Borehamwood and surrounding areas is required. In year one you will manage a full caseload alongside leadership duties, then focus on practice oversight and service development to improve employment outcomes for

Formación

• Substantial experience supporting people with disabilities or health conditions.
• Strong experience working with people experiencing mental ill health.
• Experience supervising or mentoring colleagues in employability or health services.
• Evidence of partnership working across multiple agencies.
• Experience contributing to service development, implementation or improvement.
• Commitment, reliability and delivering high standards of work.
• Ability to present recent employment history clearly and explain gaps.
• Full driving licence and travel across Hertfordshire.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the front, combining day-to-day team leadership with frontline employment support.
• Provide structured supervision, mentoring and field-based support.
• Ensure delivery remains focused on commissioned outcomes and IPS fidelity.
• Manage a full participant caseload in year one alongside leadership duties.
• Foster partnerships with health services, referrers and employers.
• Monitor data quality and performance information; drive improvements.
