Get Set UK is seeking a Team Leader for Supported Employment to guide a small specialist team while staying closely connected to frontline practice. You will supervise staff, manage a caseload in year one and ensure delivery aligns with Supported Employment and IPS fidelity across Hertfordshire.

The role emphasizes strong partnerships with health services, referrers and employers, with travel across the delivery area required to support participants and drive outcomes.

Formación

• Experience leading a team in employability, health, disability support or social care.
• Evidence of partnership working with health services and employers.
• Ability to manage complex cases and support staff development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the front, balancing day-to-day team leadership with frontline employment support.
• Provide structured supervision, mentoring and field-based support to colleagues.
• Maintain focus on commissioned employment and sustainment outcomes with IPS fidelity.
• Manage a full participant caseload in year one and support complex cases with colleagues.
• Collaborate with health services, referrers and delivery partners to create a joined-up participant journey.
