Roche Diagnostics Solutions seeks a Solution Workflow Simulation Team Lead to guide a distributed team of Simulation and Modeling Engineers across three sites. You will model laboratory workflows, optimize throughput, and deliver digital twins and emulation tools to support automation system integration.

The role requires leadership experience, strong modeling skills, and a passion for continuous improvement within Roche’s VACC framework. English fluency is required; Spanish or German is a plus.

Formación

• University degree in a technical discipline (Systems Engineering, CS, Industrial Engineering, OR, Physics, Math, Mechatronics, or related).
• Strong experience with DES, System Dynamics, ABM, or digital twin/emulation software.
• Advanced knowledge in mathematical modeling and optimization techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Simulation and Modeling Engineers across 3 sites.
• Model complex laboratory workflows and optimize throughput.
• Develop digital twins and emulation tools for automation systems integration.
• Drive performance culture, coaching, and compliance within the team.
