Giesecke+Devrient is seeking a Team Lead for Finance Analytics in Sant Joan Despí to head the Finance Analytics team, develop reporting standards, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

You will oversee multiple entities, drive data validation, and ensure timely, standardized dashboards while collaborating with HQ Finance and local teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Finance Analytics, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of leadership or project leadership experience.
• Experience in multinational organizations, Shared Service Centers, Global Business Services, or Finance Hubs is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for communication with international teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and Lead the Finance Analytics Team.
• Coordinate, coach and develop a small team of Controllers within the Finance Hub.
• Establish scalable reporting, data validation, and analytics processes across entities.
• Drive prioritization, workload planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on quality, accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee the validation and analysis of financial data across multiple entities.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, timely and standardized management reporting and dashboards.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business performance drivers.
• Drive reporting automation, standardization and enhancement of analytics capabilities.
• Support the continued development and professionalization of the Finance Hub by implementing best practices, standardized ways of working and scaling successful pilot initiatives.
• Act as the key interface between HQ Finance and local Finance teams, ensuring alignment and successful collaboration.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency and reporting quality.

We are seeking a Team Lead for Finance Analytics to support the continued development of our Finance Hub. This role will lead a small team of controllers and further develop our reporting and analytics capabilities, ensuring high-quality financial data, standardized reporting processes and actionable insights for senior management. We are looking for a structured and analytical professional with experience in finance analytics, process improvement, shared services, or consulting-related environments who can help drive standardization, reporting excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple entities.

Your Profile

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 5-8 years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Finance Analytics, or related fields
• At least 2-3 years of leadership or project leadership experience
• Experience in multinational organizations, Shared Service Centers, Global Business Services, or Finance Hubs is highly desirable
• Experience in finance transformation, process improvement, project management, or consulting-related environments is considered a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for communication with international teams
• Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
