Fever is seeking a Tax Specialist to lead the tax practice across APAC and Middle East, partnering with the Tax Manager to support global tax compliance and strategy for a high-growth group. You will serve as the regional expert, researching and analysing direct and indirect tax matters across diverse jurisdictions.

You will manage audits, identify planning opportunities, and support expansion into new markets with ownership and proactivity in a fast-paced international environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of taxation experience in practice or industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Tax or Law.
• Proven experience with APAC and/or Middle East tax jurisdictions; direct and indirect taxes or accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Research and analyse indirect and direct tax matters in APAC and Middle East regions with tailored advice.
• Identify tax risks and planning opportunities.
• Manage uncertain tax exposures and tax provisioning.
• Collaborate with third-party service providers as required.
• Work with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure correct application of tax law.
• Support tax audits and inquiries with involvement from local teams and providers.
• Prepare applications for tax rulings, incentives and exemptions where available.
• Advise senior management on tax risks and transaction structures concerning acquisitions.
• Contribute to improvements of internal tax processes and regional expansion.

Meet the Team

At Fever, the Tax team ensures we stay on top of global compliance, from sales taxes and deal structuring to reporting obligations and identifying strategic opportunities. We work closely with external advisors to validate tax criteria and optimize processes that streamline the finance function. Whether it’s defining tax parameters for new business activities or solving compliance issues across global markets, we provide the stability and expertise that allows Fever to grow without a hitch.

The Role

We are looking for a Tax Specialist to lead our tax practice across the APAC and Middle East regions. This is a high‑impact role where you will work closely with the Tax Manager to support the global tax compliance and strategy of a high‑growth group.

You will be the regional expert, responsible for researching and analysing both direct and indirect tax matters in diverse jurisdictions. From managing tax audits to identifying planning opportunities and supporting the company’s expansion into new markets, you will demonstrate ownership and proactivity in a fast‑paced, international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Research and analyse specific indirect and direct tax matters within APAC and Middle East jurisdictions and provide tailored advice
• Identify risks and potential tax planning opportunities
• Determine uncertain tax exposures and manage appropriate tax provisioning
• Collaborate with third‑party service providers as required
• Work with the Finance & Accounting teams to ensure adequate knowledge and application of taxation laws
• Support all indirect and direct tax audits / inquiries from tax authorities (alongside third‑party providers and local finance teams)
• Prepare applications for taxation rulings, tax incentives and tax exemptions where available
• Provide advice to senior management on tax risks and appropriate transaction structures concerning acquisitions
• Contribute to improvements and solutions for internal tax processes
• Contribute to the expansion of the company in the region

Who You Are

• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in taxation gained in practice or industry
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Tax or Law
• Have proven experience working with APAC and/or Middle East tax jurisdictions, across both direct and indirect taxes or accounting.
• Be detail‑oriented, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Be fluent in written and spoken English
