Mondelēz International is offering an Engineering & Operations Leadership Development Graduate scheme in Spain. The program runs three 12-month rotations across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations & Quality, with initial placement in Viana and flexibility across Spain.

You will receive formal and on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to real projects that contribute to the company’s success, while developing leadership capabilities in a global snacks business.

Formación

• Degree in Food Science and Tech or Engineering field.
• English: intermediate-high (B2).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, PDCA.
• Knowledge of HACCP and quality management systems.
• 1–3 years in an industrial environment (FMCG preferred).
• Willingness to relocate between rotations within Spain.

Responsabilidades

The Role:

• Over a 3-year program, you’ll get to work across our operations in three 12-month rotations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations & Quality. Designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and skills across food manufacturing, project engineering, continuous improvement and people leadership.
• You will experience a variety of roles across at least two of our plants in Spain(in the first year, the role will be based in Viana)

Candidate Requirements:

• 1.Educational Background: Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent technical/engineering training. Computer/office software skills.
• 2.Languages: English: Intermediate-high level (B2 minimum). Necessary for communication with international teams, reading technical documentation, and participation in corporate projects.
• 3.Technical Knowledge: Continuous improvement tools: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt certification valued), 5S, Kaizen, SMED, PDCA. Knowledge of quality management and food safety systems (HACCP). Knowledge of industrial automation and process control.
• 4.Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
• 5 For you to get the most out of our graduate scheme we require flexibility of location between rotations within Spain.
