Scopely is seeking a Talent Tech Analyst to align HR technology with People Team processes and optimize our HR systems. You will be the technical administrator for Greenhouse and partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to ensure efficient, scalable workflows.
You’ll help with configuration, testing, data audits, and process improvements while maintaining comprehensive documentation and user enablement materials. Familiarity with Workday is a plus.

As a Talent Tech Analyst, you will be the technical administrator for the company’s Applicant Tracking System. You will provide technical expertise and support to ensure the People Team’s processes maintain efficiency and optimize the company’s evolving business. You will be a key member of a global HR technology team, representing the interests of the business teams in design and support.
