Axmed is entering an exciting Series A growth phase and seeking a Talent Partner to lead technical, engineering, and product hiring while supporting broader business recruitment needs. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the hiring function by partnering closely with the CTO and ensuring high‑quality, data‑informed global hiring that aligns with Axmed’s mission to expand access to medicines in low‑ and middle‑income countries.
This person will be confident using AI‑driven sourcing tools, automation, and analytics to improve both efficiency and quality. Their core focus will be on global tech and product hiring, while also supporting scaling across multiple functions, including operations, commercial, and legal teams.
You’ll take ownership of assessing and identifying high‑quality candidates across global markets through structured recruitment processes, thoughtful take‑home assessments, and well‑designed evaluation frameworks that reflect both technical excellence and cultural fit. Your focus will be on maintaining a consistently high bar for talent quality while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth, global environments and is motivated by autonomy, ownership, and meaningful impact.
Salary: $55,000 - 70,000 per annum
