Job summary

Accenture in Madrid is seeking a Talent & Organization Consultant to help organizations transform their workforce, skills, operating models, and ways of working using strategy, technology, and AI-driven insights.

You will partner with HR leaders and transformation teams across Spain and internationally, addressing workforce challenges and delivering end-to-end transformation across people, process, and technology with a hybrid Madrid-based model.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce and organizational transformation programs focused on organizational effectiveness and business performance.
• Contribute to Workforce Strategy, Talent & Skills Transformation, Learning Transformation, Organizational Design, and Operating Model Transformation initiatives.
• Conduct assessments and analyses to identify organizational challenges, workforce needs, capability gaps, and transformation opportunities.
• Support the design and implementation of organizational structures, operating models, governance frameworks, and future ways of working.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define practical solutions that improve workforce effectiveness and organizational performance.
• Support Change Management and Adoption activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and transformation readiness.
• Develop presentations, recommendations, analyses, and project deliverables to support client decision-making.
• Leverage digital tools, workforce analytics, Generative AI, and emerging technologies to support innovation and productivity.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end transformation initiatives across people, process, and technology dimensions.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and internal initiatives related to workforce and organizational transformation.
