Accenture is seeking an experienced Consultant to drive HR transformation and organizational change across large-scale, multinational clients from our Barcelona office. You will lead strategic workstreams, engage stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working using Accenture methodologies.

Proficiency in English is essential; Catalan is required for Barcelona, and experience with Workday or similar HR tech is valued.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large-scale environments.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential.
• Proficiency in at least one other language.
• For positions in the Barcelona office, proficiency in Catalan is required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Cultural sensitivity and proven experience working in multinational environments.
• Experience with analytics is an asset.
• Advanced functional knowledge of HR technology solutions (Workday, SSFF, others) is valued.
• Experience in Change Management within S4H environments is valued.
• Professional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a plus.

The Work:

We are expanding our Iberia Talent & Organization team and looking for experienced consultants with a strong track record in HR transformation and organizational change. As a Consultant, you will take on a more strategic role, leading key workstreams, driving client engagement, and ensuring successful execution of transformation initiatives.

As a Consultant, you will be expected to take ownership of critical workstreams, providing strategic guidance, shaping project direction, and influencing key stakeholders. A typical project might include the following activities:
