About the Role

The Electrophysiology (EP) Field Clinical Specialist provides expert clinical support and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales teams. The role involves supporting procedures, troubleshooting, and ensuring safe and effective use of EP devices to meet business goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Primary clinical support for case coverage, troubleshooting, and system/software development.
• Educate customers and internal teams on EP devices through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend hospital lab cases for support and development of EP systems.
• Provide training and feedback to development and sales teams on EP products and procedures.
• Travel to meet clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our products can help achieve their goals.
• Build relationships within hospitals to identify key decision-makers and facilitate sales.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing solutions collaboratively.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to recent Biomedical graduates or professionals with EP experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical and clinical details.
• Fluent in the local language (minimum C1).
• Fluent in English (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
• Adaptable to a dynamic marketplace.
• Collaborative team player with relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and influential.
• Flexible, persistent, and willing to travel extensively.
