Randstad Spain, part of the Randstad Group, is seeking a candidate for a recruitment role to identify, screen, and present top talent across multiple sectors including logistics, IT and engineering. The role involves proactive sourcing, candidate assessments, and close collaboration with clients and hiring managers.

The position offers a hybrid work model with structured training, onboarding, and ongoing career development opportunities within a leading HR services group.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and shortlists candidate CVs to present the most qualified candidates to clients, focusing on operational candidates and contingent workers.
• Administers candidate assessments, tests, or technical evaluations as required by the client, ensuring timely completion and review to fulfill high-volume staffing needs.
• Prepares candidates for client interviews by providing company background information, interview tips, and role expectations for operational job opportunities.
• Utilizes multiple sourcing methods, including social media, job fairs, and networking events, to identify potential candidates in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements for roles accurately.
• Facilitates debrief meetings with hiring managers to discuss candidate evaluations and make informed hiring decisions.
• Maintains regular communication with candidates, updating them on application status and next steps, while discussing job security and career path customization.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings through proactive sourcing and conversations about long-term development goals.
