A leading agricultural tech company in Madrid is seeking an experienced recruiter to drive talent acquisition and manage candidate experiences. The role offers a flexible work schedule, remote work options, and a supportive team environment. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience, a Master’s in Human Resources, and strong language skills in English and French. Join us to help build a sustainable food supply chain.

Formación

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong level of English and French (B2/C1).
  • Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage end-to-end talent attraction and recruitment process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Create an amazing candidate experience from first contact to offer letter.
  • Prepare and carry out onboarding processes for new hires.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations & Human Resources, Business Administration or Law
Master’s Degree in Human Resources
