Formación

• 3–5+ лет опыта в Talent Acquisition в динамичных средах.
• Опыт найма сотрудников в Sales, Advertising, Commercial, Programmatic или Business Development в CTV/Media/Digital Advertising.
• Опыт поиска passive talent через разные каналы и техники.
• Сильные навыки управления заинтересованными сторонами и коммуникации.
• Хорошая организация и приоритизация задач, бизнес-менталитет и ориентированность на результат.
• Свободное владение английским языком, как устно, так и письменно.

Responsabilidades

• Полный цикл найма для ролей в Sales и Advertising в рамках Commercial, Business Development и AdTech/CTV.
• Поиск и вовлечение топовых кандидатов, включая пассивных кандидатов в экосистемах цифровой рекламы и Connected TV.

Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales & Advertising roles across Commercial, Business Development, and AdTech/CTV functions, aligning hiring with business needs and priorities Source and engage top-tier talent, including passive candidates, across digital advertising, media, and connected TV ecosystems Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to define role requirements, shape hiring strategies, and advise throughout the recruitment process Manage multiple open roles and deliver efficient, high-quality hiring while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong quality-of-hire outcomes

3–5+ Years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced environments Experience hiring Sales, Advertising, Commercial, Programmatic, or Business Development profiles within the CTV, Media, or Digital Advertising industries Experience sourcing and headhunting passive talent through varied channels and techniques Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Strong organizational and prioritization skills Business mindset and results-driven approach Professional fluency in English, written and spoken
