As a Go‑To‑Market Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lighthouse, you will act as a strategic advisor to our business leaders. You will bring not only recruiting expertise but also actionable talent insights that shape hiring decisions and influence our overall GTM strategy. Leveraging your background in recruiting sales and commercial talent within the SaaS, Hospitality, or Hotel Tech industries, you will be the trusted partner to hiring managers and the main point of contact for candidates throughout their journey.
