A global fresh food company is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to interviewing and hiring. This office-based role involves working closely with hiring managers to attract high-quality talent. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with strong interviewing and ATS familiarity.

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure we bring in high‑quality candidates who align with our company’s goals and culture.
Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards (LinkedIn, Infojobs,…), career pages, and social media platforms
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Conduct initial phone screens and in‑person / virtual interviews
Maintain candidate pipelines and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Stay up to date with labor legislation, recruitment trends, and best practices
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences
Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadership
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (in‑house or agency)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g.,
