Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to connect top talent with meaningful opportunities and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience. You will lead sourcing across Europe, partner with hiring managers and People Partners, and ensure a smooth end-to-end process while aligning with business needs.

Fluency in English, Spanish, and French is expected, with a strong focus on process excellence, data-driven decisions, and building pipelines for current and future roles.

When you join Maersk, you become part of a global, diverse, and performance-driven organization with opportunities to grow, innovate, and make a tangible impact.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Attraction· Create and execute strategic sourcing plans for open positions· Advertise vacancies through relevant channels and proactively source potential candidates· Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs· Champion and maximize the use of employee referral programsCandidate Assessment & Selection· Review applications and conduct initial resume screening against agreed role requirements· Organize and conduct phone screenings and recruitment interviews· Coordinate skills assessments and other selection activities where required· Initiate and review background checks in line with company policy and local requirementsStakeholder Collaboration· Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and hiring priorities· Collaborate with People Partners to support a smooth, compliant, and well-administered recruitment process· Collect and facilitate timely interview feedback to support informed hiring decisions· Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires· Maintain open, clear, and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment processTalent Market Research· Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and recruitment best practices· Use relevant internal and external market data to provide practical advice and insights to stakeholdersCandidate & Hiring Manager Experience· Deliver a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey· Build trusted relationships with hiring managers through responsive communication and reliable recruitment delivery· Contribute to hiring outcomes that meet agreed quality, timeliness, compliance, and experience standardsWho We Are Looking For· Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, ideally within an international or matrixed organization· Solid understanding of recruitment fundamentals, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, offer management, and compliance· Ability to develop sourcing plans, identify relevant talent pools, and engage candidates effectively· Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder collaboration skills· Ability to make informed decisions using relevant internal and external market data· Problem-solving mindset with a practical, solutions-oriented approach· Experience with Workday is a plus· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate recruitment data· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service· Collaborative, accountable, and committed to delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experienceLanguages· Fluent in English, Spanish and French, written and spokenMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
