Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for roles globally while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

You will have the freedom to structure your days and drive campaigns across the organization. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Engineering, 5+ years in recruitment, and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in similar industry.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus.

• Support senior hiring managers in end-to-end recruitment for roles globally.
