  • Strong consulting and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and securing exceptional talent across Tech, Data Science, Clinical Research, and Product teams. You’ll collaborate directly with senior leadership to craft and execute hiring strategies that align with business goals and reflect the company values.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers and people operations to align recruitment with workforce planning and business strategy.
  • Full‑Cycle Recruitment : Lead the entire hiring process—from crafting job descriptions to negotiating offers and onboarding.
  • Advanced Sourcing : Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in Healthtech, AI, and Clinical Research.
  • Candidate Experience : Champion a seamless and engaging candidate journey that reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Process Optimization : Monitor and improve recruitment metrics (e.g., Time‑to‑Hire, Quality of Hire) using data‑driven insights.
  • Inclusive Hiring : Ensure recruitment practices are equitable, compliant, and inclusive across all touchpoints.
