Nextlane, Madrid-based automotive software innovator, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive global recruitment efforts across our international teams. You will lead the Talent Acquisition team, partner with the CHRO on strategy and budget, and own end-to-end processes and tools.

The role requires 4–5 years in TA, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong KPI and dashboard experience. The position offers hybrid work up to 3 days remote, with a focus on building a diverse, high-performing

• 4–5 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with team leadership experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; interviews in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on with ATS platforms, sourcing tools and KPI dashboards.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams in a fast-paced, international setting.

Responsabilidades

• Own the TA KPI dashboard and report performance to leadership.
• Build data-driven business cases for team structure and new roles.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with regulations such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Drive adoption of AI tools in TA and train the team.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers and SLA adherence.

Your Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Strategic Partnership: Partner directly with the CHRO on Talent Acquisition strategy, budget planning and headcount decisions.
• Process Ownership: Design, implement and continuously improve global recruitment processes, tools and policies, including the ATS, AI-assisted interview intelligence tools and structured interview scorecards.
• Data & Reporting: Own the Talent Acquisition KPI dashboard (time to fill, early attrition, diversity in hiring, offer acceptance, among others) and report recruitment performance to leadership.
• Business Cases: Build and defend data-driven business cases for team structure and the creation of new roles within Talent Acquisition.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant regulations, such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970).
• AI Adoption: Drive the adoption of AI tools within the Talent Acquisition function, identifying use cases and training the team to increase efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with hiring managers, ensuring intake meeting discipline and SLA adherence throughout the recruitment funnel.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role, ideally including experience leading or coordinating a team, gained in a fast-paced, international and tech-driven environment.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (Interview will be conducted in English)
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Teamtailor or similar), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), AI-assisted interview intelligence tools (Metaview or similar), and building recruitment KPI dashboards and reports.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
