Griffith Foods Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment activities across Europe from Barcelona, offering hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, employer branding, and recruitment reporting in a hybrid setup. You will gain experience across the full lifecycle of hiring, work with Workday, and learn GDPR/compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support candidate sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen resumes and support candidate screening activities during the TA process.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment data in Workday and other recruiting systems; assist with reporting.
